Add a Contact in Jabber

Issue/Question

Customer wants to add a contact in Jabber.

Environment

• Cisco Jabber
• VOIP

Resolution

1. Open Jabber
2. Use search window under the user name to find the contact (search by name)
3. Click on the name.
4. Click on the  behind the name
5. To organize contacts by department or location click on New Group
   •   To leave all contacts in a list proceed to step 8
6. Enter Group Name
7. Click Create
8. Click Add
