Verifying a Student has Set up Banner Self Service Account

Issue/Question

Is there a way for us to know if a student has setup their account or a way for our admissions counselors to know if a student is already in Banner self-service?

  • Banner Self Service Account

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Log into Banner
  2. Access GOATPAD
  3. Find Web Last Access Date
  4. This will show you the last time the user accessed Self Service
    Note: If Disabled is  this means the account is locked
