Issue/Question

Is there a way for us to know if a student has setup their account or a way for our admissions counselors to know if a student is already in Banner self-service?

Resolution

  1. Log into Banner
  2. Access GOATPAD
  3. Find Web Last Access Date
  4. This will show you the last time the user accessed Self Service
    Note: If Disabled is  this means the account is locked
