Receiving error when logging in

An error occurred. Contact your administrator for more information.

Environment

  • LinkedIn

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to LinkedIn
  2. In the upper right hand corner click on Sign In
  3. Enter the email address associated with their LinkedIn profile, and the password associated with their LinkedIn profile
  4. Click Sign in with LinkedIn
    Note: you will now be redirected to the ADFS sign in page
  5. Enter your USD email and the password associated with your USD email account
  6. Click Sign in

 If these steps do not successfully sign in the user, please contact the Service Desk with the following information:

  1. Any error messages that appear
  2. The full name and username of the affected user
