Requesting Data Recovery Assistance

Issue/Question

We had downloaded files previously but are unable to locate them now.  Can IT help in recovering these files?

Issues accessing files from a flash drive or USB drive

Flash drive blinks but does not show up on the computer

Computer pop-up says drive needs to be formatted

Cause

Files were misplaced or accidentally deleted
