Converting a Word Document into a PDF Document

Issue/Question

Unable to export word documents to a PDF

Error: The Adobe PDF path you've entered is too long. Please enter a shorter file path.

Environment

  • Microsoft Work
  • Adobe Acrobat 

Resolution

  1. Open the document you want to convert
  2. Click File tab
  3. Click Save As Adobe PDF from the list on the left
  4. From the Save As screen, select where you would like the PDF to be saved 
  5. Click Save
