Copier is Jamming and has an Error

Issue/Question

Our copier jams each time we try to do double-sided printing.

Error: check the “Job Status”. The Job Status indicates the user’s document is “skipped”

Error: check the drawer for paper.

Resolution

Note: Make sure to have the machine ID or serial number
