Projector Won't Display SMART Document Camera

Issue/Question

The projector doesn't display the document camera

The document camera will not turn on

The document camera is not working

Environment

• Classroom

Cause

Dip switch on the side of document camera in the wrong position

The power connector is not plugged in all the way

Resolution

1. Check the top of document camera and make sure that the button next to the doc cam picture is highlighted
2. Check the side of doc cam and make sure the dip switch is set to VGA and not Television
3. Verify that the document camera is powered on
4. Verify that the power connector is not unplugged from the document camera
5. Verify that the video cable did not come unplugged from the document camera
