Pairing a Bluetooth Device with a Cisco 8851 Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Phone

Issue/Question

How can I pair a bluetooth device with my Cisco VoIP phone

Environment

  • Hands-Free
  • VoIP

Resolution

  1. Put the bluetooth device you wish to connect into pairing mode
  2. On the phone press the 
  3. Choose Bluetooth
  4. Choose On if it currently shows Off
  5. Choose Add Bluetooth Device
  6. Select bluetooth device to pair and follow prompts
    Note: If bluetooth device is not listed follow manufacturer instructions to reset device
