Cannot Download Printer Drivers for Student Printers

Issue/Question

Every time I download the printer I get most of the way through and then get a pop-up error

Error: The installation failed. A detailed log has been written to ControllerLog.txt. Select here to open the folder in Explorer

  • Windows
  • macOS

Cause

Anti-Virus software prevents the drivers from being installed

Resolution

  1. Disable your anti-virus software when installing the printers
