Updating Adobe Creative Cloud

Issue/Question

Can you update the Adobe CC on the desktops in the graphic design room to the Adobe CC 2019 version?

My supervisor was wondering how IT keeps any Creative Cloud accounts they have up to date.

Environment

  • Desktop
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)

Cause

Updates are available

Resolution

  1. Open Creative Cloud desktop
  2. Select the Account icon in the upper right
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Select the Apps tab
  5. Turn on  Auto-update
