BanProxy Error Accessing Screens in Banner

I am getting this error when I try to use several screens in Banner

Error: "ERROR" user BANPROXY not authorized to access FOQMENU

Error: "ERROR" user BANPROXY not authorized to access FRIGITD

Error: "ERROR" user BANPROXY not authorized to access GUAINIT

Environment

  • Banner

Cause

Possible BanProxy flag not set or problem caused by internal ID change

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Banner ID
    2. Name
    3. Error message received
