Adobe Acrobat Pro is not working – unable to open any PDFs

Environment

  • Windows 
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro

Resolution

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Select Programs and Features
  3. Click Adobe Acrobat Pro
  4. Click Change above
  5. Click Next
  6. Select Repair
  7. Click Next
  8. Click Update
  9. Click Finish
  10. Reboot
