Docusign Documents Not Appearing

Issue/Question

Unable to see documents.  The page continues to load but no documents are displaying 

Error: Envelope or Account Activation Not Found. The envelope is not accessible at this time. The envelope may have been recalled by the sender or require additional processing. Additionally, the recipient may have failed authentication.

Resolution

  1. Restart computer
  2.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
    1. Full error message or description of the issue
    2. Computer NI number
