Banner Error Message When Opening a Page

Issue/Question

I can login to Banner but when I try to open a screen or page I get the error message

Error: Service Invocation Failed

Environment

  • Banner
  • SNAP

Resolution

  1. Close out of All open browser windows
  2. Re-open AppNav from SNAP
