Firefox No Longer Working with Customer Relationship Management System

Issue/Question

Firefox is no longer working properly with CRM. When I try to click in to a student it keeps loading

CRM not loading 

Error:Popup blocked: sp.usd.edu

Environment

• Firefox
• Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

Cause

• Firefox application updates to latest version
• CRM works only on Version 49 or older

Resolution

1. Please contact the helpdesk with the following information:
   1. Computer Asset Tag Information - NIxxxxx
   2. Location of the device
   3. Times available for troubleshooting
