Updating DocuSign Print Driver

Do I install the 32 bit or 64 bit driver?

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 7

Resolution

  1. Navigate to https://support.docusign.com/en/downloads
  2. Scroll down to Printer Driver 3.6.1
  3. Select 64-bit EXE or the one that matches your operating system

Note: 64 bit - ITS installs the 64 bit version of Windows unless the 32bit version is requested
