I Need an Activity's Voucher Generation Date Reset in MBM

I need to edit faculty activity information and it is locked from editing

I need to re-print vouchers or enclosures in Mission Based Management (MBM)

Cause

Once vouchers are printed, the activity's information cannot be edited and the voucher cannot be printed again
