Issues with VoIP Voicemails and Email

I am still getting cisco voice message emails from a phone I used to have but no longer have

Please disconnect this phone number from my e-mail

1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information 
   1. Description of the issue
   2. Phone number affected
   3. Name of who is assigned to this number
