Problems Seeing All Email in Outlook and OWA

Issue/Question

I see different email when on webmail than when using Outlook

Environment

• Webmail
• Outlook

Cause

Email grouped by send date and collapsed

Resolution

1. Click next to any grouping
   Examples:  Date: Yesterday or Date: Last Week
2. Emails that fit that category should now be visible

Note:  If emails aren't visible please follow steps in Needing Newer Version of Microsoft Office
