I would like to know who owns this asset

Where is an asset located?

We will be looking at all of our computers in our department and would like an updated list of computers.

Can you tell me what you have on record for these computers?

Have they been sent to surplus or do you have them on record as “in use”?

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Computer NI number
    2. Department name
    3. Name of the person last know to use the device
