Cannot Open Calendar Invites

Issue/Question

I cannot open a calendar invite attachment

Environment

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • .ics file

Cause

Must save file first

Resolution

  1. Save file to computer
  2. Open File
    1. Use Outlook if prompted
  3. Import file
  4. Choose desired Outlook calendar from drop down
