Requesting Administrative Access on a University Owned Computer

Issue/Question

I would like to have admin access

I need access to download a program

I need help with administrative access to download some programs

Please add this user as an admin on the computer

I need admin rights to install this program

I need to be able to review the files on this laptop

Cause

The user does not have administrative privileges

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. The computer (NI Tag) you would like administrative access to
    2. The building and room number where the computer is located
    3. Why you need access
    4. The times you are available
    5. A contact phone number
