Requesting a Student Email List for a Specific Program

Issue/Question

I am in need of a list of students in a specific program

I would like a full list of students and their emails for a specific program

Environment

  • Student Information System
  • Cognos

Resolution

  1. Open Enrollment by Program Major specification in the Data Cookbook
  2. Click Overview
  3. Scroll down to History and Comments section
  4. Enter your request in the Add a Comment field
  5. Click Add Comment
  6. ITS will receive the request and contact you for more information
