Issue/Question
When I try to save the attachments in Xtender I receive the following error message:
I am trying to attach documents in Banner and I get this error message:
Error: SCT Hook: Cannot update the document index. You are not authorized to perform this action using this VPDI Code ()
Saving new attachment from the Retrieve document option only presents the following error:
Error: Document Post.
Action: Create.
Scope: Document Index.
Environment

- Xtender
- WebXtender
Cause
MEP assignments applied during Ellucian updates (original) OR user is carrying a MEP code from a former position - Xtender will not work properly with MEP (VPDI) code on their ID
