Report isn't letting me pick a term

Report isn't giving me prompts to choose

Environment

  • Cognos

Cause

Cognos report setting was switched to view most recent report

Resolution

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Open Cognos
  2. Find customers report
  3. Click ... to the right
  4. Click on Properties
  5. Click Report tab
  6. Check Prompt for Values
  7. Report is ready to run
