Issue/Question
Report isn't letting me pick a term, it just runs and shows output
Report isn't giving me prompts to choose, it just runs, very fast
Environment
Cause
Cognos report setting was switched to view most recent report
Resolution
ITS STAFF ONLY
- Open Cognos
- Find customers report
- Click the three dots ... to the right end of the report
- Click on Properties
- Click the Report tab
- Click the More options item
- In the Default portal action section, make sure Run the report is the option shown, otherwise, select it
- Click the Save button to save the change
- Click the Close button to return to the report(s)
- Report is ready to run
