  1. Please contact the helpdesk with the following information:
    1. Contact OCLCCustomerSupport@oclc.org with the following information
      Note: ITS no longer adds stanzas to the ezproxy instance OCLC support will handle these requests
    2. The stanza you would like added
    3. The information to add the stanza
    4. The group that needs access to the stanza:
      1. General: All USD users
      2. Law: Law school users
      3. Medical: Wegner Partners
      4. AveraHealth: Avera Med Affiliates
