ImageNow Batch Scanning Issue

ImageNow is not scanning pages

Imagenow is scanning the dividing pages

While scanning multiple document batches, the first batch scans fine and the second batch misses pages and scans the patchcode

Environment

• ImageNow / Perceptive Content
• Fujitsu scanner

Cause

Bug in Perceptive Content/ImageNow

Resolution

1. Add an X approximately 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide on the back of the patchcode page
2. If this doesn't work, contact please contact the Service Desk and provide the following information
   1. Name
   2. Phone Number
   3. Computer NI Number
