I have a student SSO login issue for our USD Via-TRM system
Error: Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in... Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application
Environment
- Gallagher Center
- Study Abroad
- USD Via-TRM Production
Cause
Applicant has not yet registered for a course at USD
Resolution
- Register for a course at USD to gain access to the Via-TRM system
- If you need access prior to registration, please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- USD Email Address
- Error message received
- Reason for needing access
