Student access to CORE ELMS

Description

Students in School of Health Sciences programs that use CORE Experiential Learning Management System (CORE ELMS) for experiential placements must access the system for all placement-related requirements and tracking.

FAQs

  1. How do students access their CORE ELMS account?
    • Students must have an account created by their academic program to access CORE ELMS. If an account has been created, students can sign in using their USD credentials.
    • Access the account through the CORE ELMS sign in page
    • If an error message is received when attempting to sign in, contact your program adviser
  2. How long does a student have access to CORE ELMS?
    • Student access to CORE ELMS is for the full duration of their academic program plus a defined period of time after graduation. Students will have access to CORE ELMS for up to 1 year after graduation. Students who leave an academic program without completing all requirements for graduation will be removed from CORE ELMS immediately upon withdrawal or dismissal from the program.
