Reporting Xtender Error to RIS

Issue/Question

Xtender just gives a blank page and nothing opens

Xtender has a duplicate folder that is misspelled

Xtender An unexpected error has occurred on the server.  Error Message: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object; Contact your administrator for more details.

    1. User Id getting error
    2. What steps to get error
    3. Error message received
