Reporting an Issue with Card Swipe Door Access

Issue/Question

The door is not securing properly and can be pulled open without swiping a card

Able to bypass the card swipe and gain access at any time by hitting the handicap button even if it is outside of business hours

Environment

  • Coyote Card Door Access

Resolution

  1. Find the door name on the label found in the upper right hand corner of door frame
  2. Complete the Report Door Issues form
