  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
    1. Who you are requesting access for
      Note: You cannot request access for yourself
    2. What access level you would like them to have 
      1. Read Only
      2. Edit/Modify 
    3. What SharePoint Site/URL are you requesting access to:
      1. coyotesusd.sharepoint.com 
      2. usd.edu
