GrubHub Error when setting up Coyote Card

Issue/Question

Trying to get my coyote card on my Grubhub app goes to blank screen

Error: Sorry, Looks like something went wrong.  Unfortunately we ran into an error just now.  Please try again

Error: Add Campus Card failed. Card number is not accepted by the card provider

I can’t get my grub hub to work. I got a new coyote card because mine broke and after doing that it will not sync with my grub hub. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Resolution

1. Logout of the GrubHub App on your phone
2. Remove and reinstall GrubHub app
3. Log back into the GrubHub App
4. access Coyote Card Online and Click accounts, do you receive an error or did it load correct
5. If not resolved please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Full error message, screen shots would be best
   2. Steps attempted from list above
   3. Phone make, model and OS
6. If the issue continues after working with the Coytoe Card Office, contact GrubHub or Campus Dining
