Trying to get my coyote card on my Grubhub app goes to blank screen

Error: Sorry, Looks like something went wrong.  Unfortunately we ran into an error just now.  Please try again

Error: Add Campus Card failed. Card number is not accepted by the card provider

Resolution

  1. Logout of the GrubHub App on your phone
  2. Log back into the GrubHub App
  3. If not resolved please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Full error message
    2. Steps attempted
