Requesting ITS Support for Computer Based Testing

We would like ITS to be present for the computer based testing

ITS is required to be on site for computer based testing

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   • Date of the quiz/test
   • Start time of the quiz/test
   • Duration of the quiz/test
   • Building and room number
   • Number of students taking the quiz/test

1. Follow Providing Student Testing Support

• ExamSoft Examplify
• HESI Exam
• D2L Exam
• National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME)

Students may have technical issues starting or submitting the quiz/test or test may require IT support to be on site during the exam
