Requesting ITS Support for Computer Based Testing

Issue/Question

We would like ITS to be present for the computer based testing

Environment

• ExamSoft Examplify
• HESI Exam
• D2L Exam
• National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME)

Cause

Students may have technical issues starting or submitting the quiz/test

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Date of the quiz/test
   2. Start time of the quiz/test
   3. Duration of the quiz/test
   4. Building and room number
   5. Number of students taking the quiz/test
