Connecting a Coyote Connections calendar to Microsoft Outlook

Environment

  • Coyote Connections
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Office 365

Resolution

  1. Log in to the USD Portal and select the Coyote Connections sign-on link from the Home tab
  2. Select the Calendar icon from the Coyote Connections homepage
  3. Select Settings and Sync in the upper-right corner of the My Calendar page
  4. Select Setup Exchange Calendar Integration
  5. Select Setup Sync
  6. Select MS Outlook
  7. Select MS Office 365 when prompted
  8. Select your USD email account to complete the calendar synchronization

Note: Events synced through the integration are limited to 3 months in the past and 12 months in the future
