What effective dates do I use on an EPAF for a temporary faculty member or adjunct?

Cause
I need guidance on which effective dates to use on the EPAF for a temporary faculty member based on the course dates.
Resolution
For Fall and Spring semesters, temporary faculty or adjuncts should generally be paid over 4 equal payments using the below effective dates, even if they work both semesters continuously:
- Fall Semester—8/22-12/21
- Paychecks received September through December
- Spring Semester—1/22-5/21
- Paychecks received February through May
Summer Semester will be paid in accordance with the faculty summer pay schedule for each session.
