Issue Completing KnowBe4 Training

Issue/Question

The knowbe4 training has the Do and Don’t boxes to move possible choices into and no matter what combination I put in, it states the answers are wrong. 

I am attempting to access the training modules and am not successful.

Environment

  • KnowBe4 Training
  • Training for Clickers 
  • Cybersecurity Training

Resolution

  1. Try another web browser
    Note: The answers should pull themselves into the box
  2. Clear the browser cache
  3. Make sure you browser is updated
    1. Installing or Updating Edge
    2. Installing or Updating Google Chrome
  4. Browse to Knowbe4 training
  5. Log in with your USD credentials
