Environment
Cause
Employees want information and resources related to workplace rights.
Resolution
The University is committed to ensuring employees have access to information about their workplace rights and protections under federal employment laws. Many of these rights are summarized in official workplace posters issued by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and other federal agencies.
Employees can access the federal workplace posters and related resources at any time through the South Dakota's Department of Labor's Workplace Posters webpage.
