Cause
An employee has a qualifying life event and would like to change their benefit offerings.
Resolution
- A Qualifying Life Event allows you to make mid-year changes to your benefits. All Qualifying Life Event change requests must be completed and submitted within 30 days of the event, which includes uploading appropriate documentation
- The entire life event process will take place through Employee Space

- Death of a Spouse or Dependent

- Life Insurance Add/Drop Beneficiaries
- Dependent/Employee Gains Eligibility under another plan
