Medical School Clinical Faculty Account Setup with Duo

Issue/Question

For security purposes, effective June 21, 2022 all email forwarding will be stopped (forwarding has already been disabled for the Avera, Monument, Sanford, and VA systems)

For security purposes, effective June 21, 2022 all SSOM Clinical Faculty will be required to pickup their USD accounts, enroll in Duo MFA and use their USD Accounts for USD Resources such as One45, Wegner Library, USD Email and more

Resolution

1. If you have never picked up your account, Set Up Your USD Account
2. If you have not enrolled in Duo, Enroll in Duo MFA

Note: If on the Avera campus they cannot complete these steps, they will need to be done at another location
