Request Access to Department Cost Center

Overview

Multifunction copiers allow you to charge the print or copy cost to your personal Coyote Cash or to a department cost center (aka index number).  When hired you will have access to use your department cost center.  Some grants or divisions within a department may require you to need access to more than one cost center.  Use this service to request access to a department cost center you don't already have access to use.

Available To

Faculty, staff, and student employees.  Approval from your department may be required before access will be granted.

Cost

None.  Print and copy costs $.07 per black and white page.
