Patch Policy Exception

Overview

The University's policy is to maintain current and supported operating system and software security patches ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of University information systems.  One may submit an exception to this policy if an out-of-date version of an operating system or software application is necessary for a reason that is otherwise too expensive to resolve. ITS evaluates the exception request per University policy.
