1. Basic phone troubleshooting can be performed 
   • More extensive issues would need to be checked into the Service Desk
   • For locations and hours see Contacting Service Desk
2. Personal computer support is only available to current University students, faculty, and staff
   • Review support available and/or submit a request: Personal Computer Support, click Request Assistance
   • Call or come into the Service Desk
   • Support options and fees associated with some services,
     • Support costs are listed on Personal Computer Support Service
     • Staff will provide customers with an estimated cost at the time of check-in
