Question
I have not received my claim code to setup my USD account
I am missing Forgot Password when trying to reset password
Answer
Two possibilities:
- Email with claim code comes from noreply@rapididentity.com. Check your junk/spam folders.
- You do not have a personal email address populated in Banner when the account was created
- Employees should have RT or EPM email type in Banner
- Students should have an UE2 email type in Banner
Note: Personal email address is also needed to do the self service password reset
Add and/or Update Email
- Log into Self Service
- Click in the upper left corner
- Click Banner
- Click View E-mail Addresses
- Find the Email Section
- Verify the emails listed
- Click Add New
