Question

I have not received my claim code to setup my USD account

I am missing Forgot Password when trying to reset password

Answer

Two possibilities:

  1. Email with claim code comes from noreply@rapididentity.com.  Check your junk/spam folders.
  2. You do not have a personal email address populated in Banner when the account was created
    • Employees should have RT or EPM email type in Banner
    • Students should have an UE2 email type in Banner
Note: Personal email address is also needed to do the self service password reset

Add and/or Update Email

  1. Log into Self Service
  2. Click in the upper left corner
  3. Click Banner
  4. Click View E-mail Addresses
  5. Find the Email Section
  6. Verify the emails listed
  7. Click Add New
