My office computer won’t print to any of the three printers it is supposed to be hooked up to

I have been trying to print various documents to the color printer today and I keep getting an error

The printer in our office isn't working for some reason

I need to connect my computer to the printer. It had worked previously, but suddenly stopped and I can not re-add the printer

Error: “Fatal Error” Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server

Error: PCL XL error. Insufficient Memory.

Environment

  • Network printer

Resolution

  1. Reboot your computer
  2. Restart the printer
  3. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Phone number
    3. Computer NI #
    4. Printer that is not working
