Returning Assistive Technology Equipment

Issue/Question

I wanted to reach out and ask where I should drop it off checked out assistive technology equipment. 

Environment

  • Assistive Technology Equipment Checkout

Resolution

Return all assistive technology checked out equipment to the USD Office of Accessibility located in the I.D. Weeks Library room 103

Office is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

  1. You are responsible for the equipment while in your possession and may be charged the amount it will cost to replace the equipment if damaged or not returned
  2.  Equipment is to be returned at the scheduled return time or last date of the closing semester
  3. If it is 24 hours late, privileges will be revoked for 30 days
    • The second late return results in a 60 day ban
    • The third late return results in a 90 day ban
    • If equipment is 5 business days late, it will be considered stolen property
